Descriptions:

General Office

• Perform daily accounting routines including AR, AP & GL functions, reconciliation of inter-company accounts, assist in month end closing and maintain accounts schedules
• Handle full set of accounts and management reports of projects
• Assist to prepare claims report to funding bodies
• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years'relevant working experience in NGO or Education industry preferably in handling SWD subvention report
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with e-payment method
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Team player, multi-tasking, self-motivated, detail-oriented and good sense of responsibility

• 中樂及西樂音樂點字樂譜編輯

工作範圍︰

與音樂老師及心光音樂學院職員製作合標準的音樂點字樂譜，包括鋼琴、聲樂、二胡及小提琴點字樂譜。

• 聘請形式：自僱型式合約制
• 合約期︰2025–2026學年
• 薪酬：提供

學歷及要求:

• 須持有音樂學位及相關經驗、對國際認可的音樂點字符號有透切了解及擁有音樂點字編輯的能力；持有關資歷達五年或以上。
• 持有相關中西樂理或器樂的認識，對新音樂點字標準化、制定符號有一定的掌握
• 有耐性、責任心及守時
• 具良好溝通技巧

The organization is now recruiting tutors for:

• Braille Music Scores Editor and Consultant (for both Chinese and Western Music scores)

Scope of work: 

Liaise with music master, music teacher and Ebenezer Music Academy Colleagues to produce up to standard Braille Music Scores (Including Piano, Vocal, Erhu and Violin Braille Music Scores)

Form of employment: Freelance contract

Salary: Offered

Qualifications and requirements:

• Candidates with Music degree and familiar with International Braille Music notation system with relevant experience at least 5 years. 
• with relevant qualifications in Chinese and Music Theory knowledge and instrumental orchestration knowledge including creating new braille music symbols and the standardization format with relevant experience
• Patient, responsible and punctual
• With good communication skills
